Referral / Inquiry for Enrollment

To be considered for enrollment at Capstone Academy, please email the following information to info@capstoneacademyedu.org:

• Contact information
• A cover letter describing why Capstone Academy may be an appropriate fit
• Most recent IEP and Evaluation Report or Re-evaluation Report

Capstone Academy considers new enrollments when vacancies arise in a particular age group. Referrals are always welcome from parents and school district personnel. Students are not enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment depends on many factors, including diagnosis and the needs of the referred children, as well as the current classroom dynamic, strengths, and needs.
